Right of withdrawal

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code, that is anyone entering into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Melo Designer GmbH, Zum Wallgraben 50b, 49696 Molbergen, Germany, email: support@sprecho.ai, phone: +49 4475 9296293) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When you take out a paid subscription we expressly ask you to let us begin providing Sprecho immediately, that is before the withdrawal period ends, so that you can use the software right after purchase. This consent does not remove your right of withdrawal: you may still withdraw within fourteen days and will then only pay a proportionate amount for the period in which the service was actually available to you.

For a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal lapses once we have fully performed the service, provided that performance began only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may fill in this form and send it back to us. Using it is not obligatory; any clear statement will do.
