• Saved offline audio: Failed dictations can now save their recorded audio locally so you can retry sending later, and queued items will retry automatically and sync across your devices.
• Keyboard v2 dictionaries: New, smaller starter dictionaries and full v2 keyboard packs bring next-word predictions, personal word learning and better sentence-start capitalization across 25 languages.
• Automatic language handling: The keyboard now detects the language you type, removes unwanted spaces before punctuation, and offers Brazilian Portuguese separately for clearer language choice.
• Smaller starter lists and background downloads: Apps include compact 5k-word starter lists to reduce initial download size, and full dictionaries begin downloading automatically, including background downloads on iOS.

• Offline dictation reliability: The app keeps the original failure reason, saves failed dictation audio on both iOS and Android, and retries automatically when the network returns.
• Audio linkage: Recorded audio now stays linked to its transcription through retries and across devices so you do not lose recordings.
• Keyboard and language fixes: iOS keyboard capitalization now follows cursor moves, emoji returns to letter mode correctly, managed Swiss spelling is respected, and Swiss German is treated distinctly from standard German.
• Dictionary downloads: Fixed cases where iOS keyboard dictionaries would not download if no dictation list was stored yet.

• Audio retention: removed recordings are now correctly marked and excluded from full-history scans, so deleted audio does not reappear.
• Transcription sync: unchanged transcriptions no longer get rewritten during sync, reducing unnecessary updates and preserving local edits.
• Transcription completion: live dictation waits for the server's final frame before closing, reducing the chance of dropped final words.
• False error logs: we no longer log sends made after a connection closes as errors, leading to cleaner logs and more accurate usage reporting.
• macOS stability: reopening dictation microphone settings will no longer risk crashing the app.
• Quota and alerts: duplicate quota alerts and admin summaries have been deduplicated, so you will receive fewer repeated notifications.
• License summary: teams with lifetime plans will see their license summary correctly instead of failing.
• Email delivery: customer emails are routed through Brevo again, and admin notifications are restored for SMTP-only setups.
• Resend and cooldown handling: resend operations and cooldown behavior are more robust, reducing failed resends and related errors.

This update improves how Sprecho handles permission checks immediately after you sign in.

Fixed

• Permission checks after login: Temporary permission failures are now treated as provisional, so you should no longer see incorrect "access denied" messages or repeated permission prompts right after signing in. We also capture information to help troubleshoot if a real issue persists.

• Subscription handling: You keep access during bank payment renewals and stray provider subscriptions are cleaned up to avoid accidental duplicates.
• Email verification: The app shows correct verification status and enforces verification for password logins, reducing confusing or incorrect verification prompts.
• Notifications sync: Your notification preferences and delivery are now kept in sync across devices and apps.
• No-speech handling: If a recording contains no speech, the app shows a clear notice, skips unnecessary uploads, and avoids pasting empty or phantom lines.
• Safer updates: Background updates and team update behavior are more reliable and less disruptive.
• Blocked accounts: When an account is blocked you now see a clear explanation and guidance, and the app receives clearer reasons so support can help faster.
• Name and dictionary accuracy: Proper name capitalization is preserved, hidden control characters are removed before recognition, and all-caps mistakes are no longer auto-learned.
• Shortcuts and paste behavior: The app no longer takes reserved system shortcuts and paste actions will not re-trigger themselves.
• Clipboard handling: If automatic clipboard write fails, the app falls back to a manual copy option so you can still get your text.

• List and layout rendering: Spoken layout commands and announced lists now consistently render as proper lists, so voice-created lists keep their structure.
• LexOffice integration: The overdue voucher status in the LexOffice adoption lookup is now reported correctly, improving accuracy for related workflows.
• Consecutive line commands: Saying two line commands in a row now produces a single empty line, preventing extra blank lines from appearing.

• Dictation overlay: The Show Dictation Bar setting now actually controls the on-screen overlay as expected.

• Hotkey capture inside app window: On Windows, pressing your dictation hotkey while Sprecho is focused now reliably starts dictation, so you can begin speaking without extra clicks.
• Onboarding hotkey detection: Hotkey setup during onboarding now detects your keypresses more reliably, reducing setup confusion and helping the app record your chosen shortcut correctly.
• Google Play activations: Activations from Google Play are now recorded correctly and will no longer be truncated or cause activation failures.

• Onboarding hotkey test: now automatically recovers if a key press is not detected and registers your hotkey presses more reliably, so creating or verifying a shortcut is smoother.

• Per-account dictation limits: Different accounts can have their own maximum dictation length, and the app enforces those limits so your dictations follow your plan.
• Warnings and automatic finalization: Sprecho will warn you as you approach a length limit and automatically finalize a dictation when it reaches the maximum, preventing content loss or exceeding allowed length.

• macOS paste stability: Pasting on macOS no longer leaves Caps Lock stuck or clears your clipboard, so your typing state and clipboard contents are preserved.
