Question 1

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

Accepted Answer

When your trial ends, your account simply continues on the Free plan – 2,000 words per week with every feature, nothing to do on your side. You can upgrade to Pro at any time. You won't be charged during the trial period.

Question 2

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards and SEPA Direct Debit. All payments are processed securely through Mollie, a European payment provider.

Question 4

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial. After that, your account continues on the Free plan: 2,000 words per week, every feature, no credit card. The allowance resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC and unused words do not carry over. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.

Question 5

Do you offer student or education discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Contact us with a valid student email and we'll apply a special discount to your subscription.

Question 6

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise costs €21.88 net per seat per month with monthly billing, or €18.48 net per seat per month billed annually (€221.76 per seat per year), plus VAT. You can buy it directly online, pay by invoice, or talk to our sales team if you have specific requirements.

Question 7

I'm a doctor, lawyer or tax advisor – which plan do I need?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise. If you are bound by professional secrecy (doctors, lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, psychotherapists and others under § 203 StGB), Enterprise is the only plan that covers it: a team policy with locked privacy defaults, central controls and contractual confidentiality commitments. Free and Pro are designed for individuals and do not cover § 203 StGB.

Question 8

Is the AVV included in Pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An AVV (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR) is included for business customers on every plan, including Free and Pro. Professional secrecy under § 203 StGB, however, is only covered on Enterprise.

Question 9

What is Command and when will it be available?

Accepted Answer

With Command you control your computer by voice without leaving dictation: a short command like “press control Z” or “open Word” is carried out instead of typed, while whole sentences stay text. You also get any app's menu items by name, your own commands and multi-step actions, import from Dragon MyCommands and CommandMe, “Hey Sprecho” for hands-free work, selecting and correcting text by voice, clicking and mouse control by voice, and Terminal Server Advanced for RDP and Citrix sessions. Risky actions such as closing or deleting ask first, and admins manage team command packs and lock features by policy. Command includes everything in Enterprise and will cost €44.99 net per seat per month, or €34.99 net per seat per month billed annually, plus VAT. Command is coming soon – contact us and we'll get in touch before launch.
